Wendy Barnes
President and Chief Executive Officer

Wendy Barnes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2025 and has over 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmacy and medical benefit industry. Most recently, Wendy served as CEO of RxBenefits from 2022 to 2024,  where she led the company in providing pharmacy benefit support to more than 2,000 self-insured clients, representing over 3 million lives. Prior to that, she served as President of Express Scripts Pharmacy, overseeing operations for 100 million beneficiaries. Her leadership spans roles at Rite Aid, Premier Inc., and the U.S. Air Force, where she served as a Medical Service Corps Officer. She holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Chief Financial Officer

Chris McGinnis has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2025 and has over 30 years of extensive financial leadership across the healthcare industry. Prior to GoodRx, Chris served as CEO at CitizensRx, a pharmacy benefits manager, from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Lumeris / Essence Healthcare, a Medicare Advantage plan and value-based healthcare operator, from 2017 to 2021. He held various executive roles including Chief Accounting Officer at Express Scripts from 2008 to 2017. Chris currently serves on the board of directors of HenryMeds. Chris holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Missouri State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University.

Chief Commercial Officer and President of Pharma Solutions

Laura Jensen has served as our Chief Commercial Officer and President of Pharma Solutions since July 2025. Prior to GoodRx, Laura served as Head of Manufacturer & Prescriber Business Development at Amazon Pharmacy where she oversaw strategic partnerships that helped patients access and manage their medications across both Amazon Pharmacy and PillPack. Over her 30-year career in healthcare, Laura has held influential roles at several leading pharmaceutical companies, including UCB and GlaxoSmithKline, where she led initiatives focused on sales, marketing, operations, and commercial innovation. Laura holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Aaron Crittenden has served as our President of Rx Marketplace since March 2025. Aaron has been at GoodRx since 2020, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President of New Business where he led and built our pharma manufacturer solutions business. Prior to GoodRx, Aaron founded ReMy Health which focused on delivering electronic data to help automate specialty hubs and manufacturer affordability solutions in addition to developing portions of the PillPack data network. Aaron began his career at Allscripts, holding a variety of positions including ownership of electronic prescribing, pharma and PBM innovation as well as the patient portal business. Aaron holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Finance from Oral Roberts University.

Chief Strategy & Operations Officer

Justin Fengler has served as our Chief Strategy and Operations Officer since September 2025. Justin has been at GoodRx since 2016, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Operations where he oversaw the company’s strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and executive operations. Prior to GoodRx, Justin was a healthcare investment banker with TripleTree from 2013 to 2016 and was a consultant with Oliver Wyman prior to that. Justin holds degrees in business and international relations from the University of Arkansas.

Nitin Shingate has served as Chief Technology Officer since December 2022. Nitin has been at GoodRx since July 2021, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering. Prior to GoodRx, he served as Chief Technology Officer at SingleCare from 2019 to 2021, Chief Technology Officer at Raise from 2018 to 2019 and has held various leadership and engineering roles at Overstock.com, ContractRoom/Facebook, RentalRoost, Inc., Lealta Media, United Online, and Xerox. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.

Chief People Officer
Vina Leite has served as our Chief People Officer since February 2022. Previously, Vina served as the Chief People Officer at The Trade Desk, Inc., a publicly traded technology company, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that role, she served as the Chief People Officer of the cybersecurity firm Cylance Inc. from 2016 to 2019, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at QLogic Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Vina currently serves on the board of directors of Jamf Holding Corp., DocGo, Inc. and AHEAD, Inc. and is a member of the National Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. Vina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Rhode Island College and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Capella University.

General Counsel
Gracye Cheng has served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President since October 2019. Gracye has been at GoodRx since 2014, previously serving as Vice President of Legal and Business Development. Prior to GoodRx, she served as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Gracye holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Ryan Sullivan has served as Chief Marketing Officer since October 2024. Ryan has been at GoodRx since 2020, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Monetization and previously as Vice President of Marketing, Analytics and Operations. Prior to GoodRx, he held various roles at Publicis Groupe’s performance marketing agency, Performics, from 2008 to 2020, including Chief Strategy Officer. Ryan began his career in technical marketing and retail channel sales consulting at Intel Corporation. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.

Chief Accounting Officer

Romin Nabiey has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since April 2022. Romin has been at GoodRx since 2017, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. Previously, Romin served in management-level accounting and finance roles at Doctor Evidence, LLC and NantWorks, LLC, a pharmaceutical technology company and a private equity firm in the life science industry, respectively. Prior to those roles, he worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Romin holds a B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is a licensed CPA.
