Wendy Barnes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2025 and has over 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmacy and medical benefit industry. Most recently, Wendy served as CEO of RxBenefits from 2022 to 2024, where she led the company in providing pharmacy benefit support to more than 2,000 self-insured clients, representing over 3 million lives. Prior to that, she served as President of Express Scripts Pharmacy, overseeing operations for 100 million beneficiaries. Her leadership spans roles at Rite Aid, Premier Inc., and the U.S. Air Force, where she served as a Medical Service Corps Officer. She holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Romin Nabiey has served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer since January 2025 and our Chief Accounting Officer since April 2022. Romin has been at GoodRx since 2017, most recently serving as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. Previously, Romin served in management-level accounting and finance roles at Doctor Evidence, LLC and NantWorks, LLC, a pharmaceutical technology company and a private equity firm in the life science industry, respectively. Prior to those roles, he worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Romin holds a B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is a licensed CPA.
Nitin Shingate has served as Chief Technology Officer since December 2022. Nitin has been at GoodRx since July 2021, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering. Prior to GoodRx, he served as Chief Technology Officer at SingleCare from 2019 to 2021, Chief Technology Officer at Raise from 2018 to 2019 and has held various leadership and engineering roles at Overstock.com, ContractRoom/Facebook, RentalRoost, Inc., Lealta Media, United Online, and Xerox. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
Ryan Sullivan has served as Chief Marketing Officer since October 2024. Ryan has been at GoodRx since 2020, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Monetization and previously as Vice President of Marketing, Analytics and Operations. Prior to GoodRx, he held various roles at Publicis Groupe’s performance marketing agency, Performics, from 2008 to 2020, including Chief Strategy Officer. Ryan began his career in technical marketing and retail channel sales consulting at Intel Corporation. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
